General Terms and Conditions
The terms below; "We" refers to us at Bohemian VapeCity and "you" refers to the customer.
If there are any issues in regards to any language used on the website, please provide us feedback so that we may make any amendments.
If you have any recommendations or note any faults on the website, please message us to let us know and we can address this as a matter of urgency.
Please note that orders are placed through a third party secure application, we do not accept any liability for any security breaches in regards to the payments system, any issues of these kind would need to be directed to Shopify or Paypal directly.
Any comments or reviews left with bad language or derogatory terms will be removed without notice. Also, any bad language or abuse aimed at us will result in any outstanding orders being cancelled and a refund being issued.
Faulty Items and Returns
All Mods, Tanks and Pens are covered under a 30 day warranty from the date of you receiving the item(s).
This is a warranty in place for any faults developed in the software within the first 30 days, any issues after the 30 days would need to be referred back to the manufacturer. All items are genuine products with the warranties included in the boxes or on the packaging. We accept no liability if you have lost or misplaced the packaging with the warranty and/or warranty card.
If you have any problems with a product purchased from us, please contact us in the first instance so we may try some troubleshooting to help sort the issue before the need of having to send it to us to look at.
All faulty items are subject to being checked by us for the fault before a refund or another item issued. If we no longer stock the item bought, we will issue a credit note for the same value.
We require a proof of purchase for each faulty item so that we can locate the order and ensure it was purchased from us.
If we determine that the fault has been caused due to misuse, we reserve the right to not issue a refund and you would be required to make a claim on the manufacturers warranty.
All perishable items such as E-Liquids, coils, cotton and other items listed under the "Accessories" category on the website, are non-refundable and you are unable to exchange them once opened. For an exchange to be applicable they must be sent back unopened in the original state that you received them.
Postage for returns is payable by you and is not reimburseable from us. We do recommend that items sent to us are by Recorded delivery to avoid loss in transit as we accept no liability for items lost in the post.
All packages are sent by Royal Mail First Class signed for. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. A tracking number may be provided upon request.
Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.
For any items that are undelivered after the 3 working days from dispatch date, please contact us so we may look into the matter. If an item is being sent to you and it is lost in the post, we will offer to replace the items free of charge however this would depend on our investigation.
